Returns

Item(s) must be received by our Return Departement no later than 15 days after delivery. The delivery date is determined by the mail carrier's tracking information. Once our Return Department approves your return, a Store Credit will be issued through a Gift Card. If the item(s) are not approved, you will not be given a Store Credit and we will send you the item(s) back. 

*Shipping charges are non-refundable

To return your item(s), please send an email to: Customerservice@LittleSunshine.info 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on purchases. Qualifying items may be returned for Store Credit. 

Qualifying items must be Unwashed/Unworn/Free of Pet Hair/No Stains/ Free of Rips/Original Hang Tag

Shipping

Once we send out your item(s) we will send you the tracking information.  

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in Transit. Please put a Claim directly with the Postal Services. 

Make sure to put your correct address for delivery. If the order is returned due to an error in address, you will be re-charge for the shipping rate.
